UDC-Cholesterol HPLC Columns
Cogent UDC-Cholesterol HPLC Columns are based on proprietary TYPE-C Silica, which features a surface lacking in silanols (SiOH) and dominated by silicon-hydride groups (Si-H). This less polar surface offers the chromatographer new options for selectivity. They can be used for Normal Phase with organic or aqueous solvents and can be used in Reverse Phase separations.
