LC-NMR System
This hyphenated analytical system integrates capillary liquid chromatography with NMR detection, to extend the range of the technique to sample-limited applications. The Capillary LC-NMR system integrates the proprietary AVANCE NMR spectrometer with the Protasis/MRM probe, and the Waters CapLC System, with output connected directly to NMR. The capillary probe features a flow design and operates with active sample volume of only 1.5 microliters, the typical peak volume of capillary LC separations. The system, offered at NMR frequencies of 500 MHz and higher, is fully automated with hyphenation software.
