Dispersive Raman Microscope Eliminates Sample Fluorescence
The SENTERRA combines the sensitivity of dispersive Raman technology with the wavelength accuracy of Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy. It is founded upon innovative technology to provide high performance in a compact and flexible platform. The full-featured confocal system accommodates multiple excitation wavelengths with the highest possible spatial resolution. The Automatic Fluorescence Rejection (AFR) method is incorporated for rejecting fluorescence from many samples. With the system, sample fluorescence can be eliminated frequently to produce high quality Raman spectra even on demanding samples. In addition, the Sure_Cal technology automatically calibrates the system to better than 0.1 cm-1 accuracy and precision without the necessity of daily wavelength calibrations.
