Custom Designed and Manufactured Plates in High Volumes

On a contract basis, the company offers expertise in polymer molding, surface treatment and microplate assembly to custom design and manufacture specialist plates in high volumes on short lead times. High performance SPE, deep well and assay plates for OEM customers are produced utilizing technical know-how in design, development and manufacture of microplates for life science, chromatography, environmental and medical applications. Users benefit from a range of proprietary techniques used in the generation of custom microplates, including polymer ultrasonic welding, plasma surface treatment, co-sintering of polymers/silicas and two-shot injection molding. Using a range of sintered and treated polymers, precision manufactured plates offered in high volumes deliver repeatable, optimal performance and high operational durability.
