LC columns offer high stability at low pH levels
Booth 4255. Two Zorbax rapid resolution high throughput (RRHT) 1.8-μm LC columns are available for bonded phases to provide more flexibility for the optimization of separations and easier conversion to RRHT analyses. Along with the proprietary 1200 Series rapid resolution liquid chromatography (RRLC) system, the columns deliver fast, reproducible results for conventional and ultra-fast separations. StableBond Phenyl columns provide selectivity for aromatic compounds and other samples while the StableBond AQ column separates polar compounds in up to 100% aqueous mobile phases. Both offer high stability at low pH levels and high temperatures, allowing users to take advantage of the higher temperature capability of the 1200 RRLC system to optimize separations and reduce analysis time. The addition of these columns also helps facilitate easy method transfer from the 3.5- or 5-μm columns in the RRHT product line. Users can now choose from more than 100-column configurations, including lengths up to 150 mm.
