Transparent Furnace Operates at High Temperatures

The Model FTF700 Fully Transparent Furnace is used for crystal growth and heat-treating research. The clear-walled furnace operates at temperatures up to 700 C at low power and is designed for optical/visual inspection of furnace processes. The two-zone furnace features kanthal elements surrounding an 18-mm OD, 350-mm long hot zone. Hot zone lengths and diameters are made to order. Hot zone gas feed, standard power, and independent zone, temperature, and feedback control are featured.
