Flexible Polyvinylchloride Hose Line

The CVD hose line is constructed of clear, flexible PVC and is offered in four styles to match specific dust, fume removal and ventilation requirements. Versions include a general purpose CVD with a .030 thick wall; a lighter CVD.020 with a .020 thick wall for enhanced compressibility; an all-plastic, reinforced CVD-AP with a rigid green PVC helix and features a smooth interior; and a CVD-SC static conductive version. The line ranges from 3/4 to 18 ID sizes in standard 25- and 50-ft lengths. It is FDA-acceptable (clear version) and operates from -20 F to 180 F (CVD-AP -10 to 160 F). Special colors are also offered, and applications range from food grade and pharmaceutical requirements to laboratory and landfill fume removal and leaf collection.
