Electrically-Heated, Class 100 Cleanroom Oven
The No. 849 is an electrically-heated, Class 100 cleanroom oven with a temperature range up to 500 F. It is used for drying various glass and stainless steel parts at a user’s facility. Workspace dimensions measure 36 W × 36 L × 39 H. A 20 kW installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements provides the heat, while a 1000-CFM, 1 1/2-HP recirculating blower furnishes horizontal airflow across the workloads. The oven features 4 insulated walls, a Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior with continuously backwelded seams, and a stainless steel exterior with #4 brushed finish. Cleanroom safety and control equipment on the oven include a thick stainless steel, high-temperature HEPA air filter, and minihelic pressure gauge and DOP validation port across the filter.
