Juice Pasteurization Confirmed in 3 Minutes

The FluorophosR ACP rapid laboratory test system can confirm the completeness of pasteurization in juice in 3 minutes. Utilizing the extremely sensitive fluorimetric method, the system helps to quickly and accurately ensure both product quality and safety by assessing the pasteurization levels in juice and juice products. It can be used with many juice and juice byproducts, including carrot, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, grape, cranberry and others. The test measures the acid phosphatase activity of juice samples and indicates if the tested juice is fully pasteurized or can signal a possible problem with the pasteurizing process or equipment. Featuring microprocessor-controlled prompts and diagnostic menus, the system is easy enough to operate that technicians are not required to have a specialized chemistry or microbiology background.
