Nanovolume Injectors and Switching Valves

Cheminert nanovolume HPLC injectors and switching valves facilitate high-resolution HPLC at a small scale. The 100 μm (.004) bore is uniform throughout the flowpath, reducing band broadening and creating less than 25 nL of port-to-port volume. Individual fingertight fittings work with a variety of tubing including PEEK, fused silica, and 1/32 electroformed nickel. The fast microelectric actuator determines accurate positioning without limit switches or customer adjustment.
