Digital Calipers Can Switch from Inches to Millimeters
Traceable digital calipers measure outside, inside and depth to determine length and diameter. Digital display models measure from 4/100 mm to 8/200 mm. At the touch of a button, the units switch from inches to millimeters. The zero button instantly sets the unit to zero when the jaws are at any position. This option permits the setting of a Floating Zero or reference point to read greater-than or less-than results, with the minus sign displayed. The ergonomically designed calipers are suited for measuring the outside diameter of stoppers, the inside diameter of tubing or the depth of tubes. The easy-to-read, large digital display is 0.3 high. The friction thumb roller improves reading speeds, and the setscrew permits locking at a fixed opening. Lubrication is never required on the ultra-smooth slide bar.
