Ultra-Compact UPLC-MS-MS System
The ACQUITY TQD takes the selectivity and robustness of tandem quadrupole MS-MS and combines it with the speed and sensitivity provided by UPLC technology to give chromatographers productivity advantages. The benchtop unit is a tandem-quadrupole, atmospheric pressure ionization (API) mass detector-based system. Because Empower 2.0 software now controls the system, labs already using the software to power their liquid chromatographs can utilize the TQD’s capabilities. With IntelliStart technology to integrate the internal calibration fluidics and advanced diagnostics software, the system automatically tunes and calibrates the TQD and conducts full UPLC-MS-MS performance checks. This allows users to acquire UPLC-MS-MS data easily and confidently in routine analytical applications.
