UPLC Columns Feature High-Strength Silica Particles
Acquity UPLC HSS T3 columns feature high-strength, 1.8-μm silica particles. The bonded phase, T3, is aimed at separating small, water-soluble, polar organic molecules via reverse phase UPLC technology in fine chemical applications. The 100% silica (HSS) particle is designed specifically for 15,000 psi/1000 bar applications. In addition, Acquity UPLC HSS T3 chemistry offers optimum retention of polar compounds while providing an additional selectivity choice for scientists using UPLC technology. The columns are available in 2.1-mm ID columns with lengths of 50 and 100 mm. Additional configurations will be added.
