RoHS Analyzer Utilizes Thermoelectrically Cooled Detector

The RoHS analyzer uses a thermoelectrically cooled, high resolution detector and a powerful X-ray tube to measure extremely low levels of Cd, Pb, Hg, Br and Cr, which allows electronics manufacturers to comply with new regulations. The instrument determines the level of restricted substances in components such as alloys, solder, paper, plastics, circuit boards, resins and coatings. Highly reliable, accurate quantitative analytical results can be obtained in PE, PVC or other polymers.
