Trap Cartridge
The OPTI-PAK capillary trap provides a simple way to clean up protein and small molecule samples on-line prior to HPLC or LC-MS analysis. A new design in the packed bed and frit placement has resulted in bed volumes as low as 120 nL, while minimizing swept volume, leading to less sample dilution and dispersion. The hardware design integrates a PEEK holder with an auto-adjusting stem that fluidly interfaces to any 10-32 port providing a zero dead volume connection no matter what the tube stop depth. The cartridge is available in a number of silica and polymeric based packings.
