Electro-Magnetically Driven Pump
Booth 1550. The I-Drive electro-magnetically driven pump offers a smaller package size without sacrificing power or capacity. Features include over-molded NdFeB magnets, surface mount technology and enhanced heat-sink. The pump combines a brushless DC motor and an electronic controller into a single compact unit. When integrated with a proprietary pump head, it provides functionality while delivering a smooth pulseless flow. The 40 W or 70 W motor drives the pump electromagnetically, eliminating physical contact with the motor. This means there are no moving parts in the drive unit, which leads to superior service life. The thermal and overload-protected electronic controller provides variable speed drive options of 0 to 5 VDC, 4 to 20 mA remote control signal or local manual control. Mounting options include a motor flange attachment or a removable bracket. Available in standard or custom OEM configurations, the pump has a flow rate of up to 3.2 L/min and can handle a maximum differential pressure of 7 bar.
