Recycling Preparative HPLC
Booth 3052. The Model LC-908W-G30 recycling preparative HPLC system features a recycling capability that enables the chemist to achieve optimum separation with high sample loading. After an initial pass through the column and the detector, the partially separated components are run through the column again and the cycle is repeated until adequate separation is attained and the components are collected. In addition, the mobile phase is recycled, resulting in a decrease in solvent consumption. The system is compatible with all types of column packing, silica- or polymer-based, and can be used with reversed-phase, normal-phase, or SEC columns. The pump can be operated in either isocratic mode or quaternary gradient mode.
