These 40 mL glass vials, certified for TOC analysis, are washed with non-phosphate detergent and rinsed with Ultra Pure Blank Water. They are then baked at extreme temperatures to eliminate trace organics. TOC vials are tested by Independent Certified Laboratories to 10 ppb for Total Organic Carbons. Copies of the reports are included in each case of vials. The vials fit most autosamplers and are suited to pharmaceutical process cleaning QC and meet all requirements for USP Method 643 testing.
