Seven Single- and Five Dual-Gradient Systems for HPLC
The UltiMate 3000 HPLC series features seven single- and five dual-gradient systems. A fast LC solution delivers more than 25-fold the speed of conventional HPLC systems. The dual-gradient systems double throughput using tandem or parallel LC techniques and, configured for 2D-LC, they increase resolution and peak capacity. Pumps use a piston alignment design that increases the lifespan of piston seals and reduces the frequency of preventive maintenance. An active rear-seal wash system is standard in all configurations, and long-life lamps supply more than 2000 hours of light for detection. Ergonomic designs and Chromeleon software make the systems easy and convenient to work with.
