Triangle Cells for Front Faced Fluorescence Measurements

Masked Triangular Cells were created to overcome some of the problems experienced when carrying out “front faced” fluorescence measurements. They are used for various applications in the chemical and bioscience fields, especially when dealing with light-scattering samples. The black masked part of the cell, i.e. outside the measurement window, is square in cross-section and, therefore, is located accurately when used in a conventional 10 mm cell holder, while at the same time providing an efficient mask against stray radiation.
