HPLC System Compatible with Waters’ Empower Software

The ASTRA V HPLC software system interfaces with Waters’ Empower chromatography data software system, offering ease of use in chromatography data management. The 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, HPLC software also facilitates the use of light scattering technologies in regulated industries. The software complements proprietary multi-angle light scattering detectors to make absolute molecular weight determinations an alternative to traditional liquid chromatography methods. Making the software compatible enables users to acquire data using either system and control various instruments, including HPLC and light scattering technologies, in FDA regulated industries. The software can be used for both on-line HPLC measurements and off-line batch measurements. It can create sophisticated differential distributions for analysis of data and can correct the deleterious effects of interdetector band broadening.
