Dynamic Light Scattering and High Throughput Screening

The DynaPro product line allows users powerful yet easy-to-use tools for characterizing unfractionated samples via Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS). The instruments are suited for users performing rapid characterization of size and polydispersity. The range incorporates the automated DynaPro Titan Plate Reader, making the technology available for the rapid screening of unfractionated samples for applications such as crystallography and aggregation studies. The products offer high sensitivity and low sample volumes for protein crystallization by DLS. Features include a control module able to collect and analyze data, and a read module that comes as either a temperature-controlled scintillation vial reader for single measurements or a fully automated plate reader able to make measurements on 96- or 384-well plates.
