Constant Temperature Control System

Suited for many testing and processing applications, the constant temperature control system incorporates heating and refrigeration modules that maintain a stable temperature between -25 F and 120 F inside a fully integrated glove box, pass-through or desiccator chamber. The complete system comprises a compressor/condenser and heater housed inside 304 stainless steel and an evaporator cooler with an integral fan mounted inside the chamber. The closed-loop refrigeration unit operates with CFC-free coolant and uses an RTD sensor with an internal bypass to prevent temperature overshoot. The sensor provides continuous temperature display, and a standard controller allows the user to establish a constant temperature set point. PLC-based recipes are available for multiple temperature cycles.
