Nitrogen Detector for UV-Fluorescence Petroleum Analyzer
Nitrogen analysis has been made possible with the chemiluminescence nitrogen detector, used with a UV-fluorescence analyzer. Suited for high throughput needs, the detector features a 42-position autosampler to complement the simultaneous measurement systems. In addition, it conforms to the ASTM D4629 standard test method for trace nitrogen in liquid petroleum hydrocarbons by syringe inlet oxidative combustion and chemiluminescence detection. The SLFA-UV21 petroleum sulfur analyzer reflects the need to measure ultra-low sulfur fuels, diesel and RFG. With a detection limit of 0.1 ppm and a measurement range of 0.3 ppm to 1%, the high performance instrument expands the proprietary petroleum analysis range of products. Combustion ultraviolet fluorescence provides a lower detection limit of 30 ppb and a measurement range of 0 to 1 wt%. A detection limit of 30-wt-ppb sulfur takes users to new realms of measurement sensitivity. The analyzer makes quick, accurate measurements of petroleum fuel samples from gasoline to light oils. In addition, Windows-based application software allows easy operation and sophisticated functions.
