UL Approved Multi-Component Gas Analyzer
The model VA-3000 multi-component gas analyzer for process and environmental gas monitoring is approved to UL Standard 61010A-1. The device incorporates three gas analysis modules into a standard 19-inch rack mountable case only 5.5 high. The user can select from many different gas modules, including a chemilumenscent NOx analyzer, various NDIR analyzer modules and four different O2 analyzer modules to configure the instrument to each specific application. A variety of options are also available for communication to a plant DCS or remote computer, including 2 analog outputs per module, 16 digital I/O and 2 RS232-ports for communication via modbus protocol or Ethernet. The device is suited for system integrators that assemble Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) because it offers the three common gases monitored by CEMS—NOx, CO and O2—in a single case at a lower cost. The NOx analyzer has virtually zero interference from CO2 quenching or water vapor. For process applications, an integral gas calibration cuvette will save the user money because a cylinder of calibration gas is no longer required to routinely calibrate the instrument.
