FT-IR Module Can Be Coupled with Any Sampling Accessory
Measuring 16" ? 9" ? 8", the compact Illuminator M4500 FT-IR module integrates with a variety of sample interfaces in virtually any configuration. Inside each module, an IR source and interferometer provide a collimated output beam. The module can be coupled with any sampling accessory equipped with its own IR detector to create a compact dedicated analyzer. The internal IR source can be replaced with a detector module for emissions work or for use with an external IR source. A 12-V battery can be used to power to the model, offering an alternative to standard AC power and enabling use in remote or field applications. Uses include open path air monitoring, emissions spectroscopy and custom analyzer configuration.
