FTIR Moisture Analyzers Operated Under Vacuum
The V Series FTIR Moisture Analyzers have been re-engineered for dramatically reduced detection levels and increased durability under vacuum. Product enhancements include dual ADC electronics for improved signal-to-noise, sensitive thermo-electrically cooled InAs detector, electro-polished gas cells to eliminate sample moisture retention, and low internal power dissipation for durability under extended vacuum operation. V Series analyzers provide real-time measurement of trace moisture in NH3, HCl, HBr, NF3, and other corrosive matrices. Measurement intervals are typically less than 1 minute. The instrument is operated under vacuum to eliminate background atmospheric moisture, thereby reducing set-up time to a few hours. Purged versions are also available.
