Cooling System for Multiple Chemistry Reactions

The DrySyn Multi COOL system provides fully controlled, low temperature chemistry for reactions in parallel. The need for conventional ice baths and easily breakable jacketed reaction vessels has been eliminated. The device consists of a cooling base plate and inserts that can accommodate three 100-mL standard round-bottomed flasks. The exchange of glassware is achieved within seconds without disrupting the thermal fluid flow. Sub-ambient chemistry, down to -30 C, can be performed for prolonged periods of time without fluctuations in temperature. The device is compatible with any laboratory circulator chiller unit and, for agitation, it fits on a standard magnetic stirrer.
