HILIC Columns Deliver More Reproducible Separations

Luna HILIC (hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography) columns are used for the analysis of polar metabolites in drug discovery and development. They retain a water-enriched layer on the surface of the silica that facilitates the transfer of polar compounds into the stationary phase for increased retention. The cross-linked diol bonded phase delivers more reproducible HILIC separations. Columns are available packed with 3- or 5-μm particles and are offered in 14 different dimensions.
