C18(2)-HST HPLC columns for ultra fast separations
Luna 2.5-μm C18(2)-HST (high speed technology) HPLC columns provide increased speed and efficiency for HPLC separations without the need for ultra-high pressures. The columns deliver nearly the same efficiency, at a lower operating pressure, when used at the same high linear velocities as columns packed with sub-2-μm particles. The lower operating pressure observed at fast flow rates with the columns allows them to be used within the operating pressure limits for conventional HPLC systems. Compatible with both existing HPLC and newer UHPLC systems, the columns allow fast separations to be accomplished on a variety of instrument platforms. In addition, the columns utilize the same Luna media for superior reproducibility, loadability and availability. They are available in 2- and 3-mm internal diameter and 50- and 100-mm lengths.
