Online Mobile Phase Degasser for HPLC
The Degassex Model DG-4400 online degassing system rapidly and efficiently removes dissolved air from all HPLC mobile phases. The system replaces the tedious methods of helium sparging or ultrasonication. Important for ensuring optimum pump and detector performance, the small, modular unit can be used with any HPLC pump or system. Dissolved oxygen is removed in-line up to 0.6 ppm to provide a powerful and efficient degasser. Based on the principle of continuous vacuum filtration across a gas-permeable membrane, the system contains four solvent channels, is CPU-controlled and offers built-in self-diagnostics. The entire flow path is biocompatible with all wetted parts composed of Teflon/PEEK. A universal power supply accepts any power available in the lab (from 85 to 260 VAC, 50/60 Hz), so one model fits all.
