Affordable HPLC Chiller-Heater Provides Temperature Control from 4 to 70 C
The ThermaSphere TS-430 Chilling/Heating HPLC Column Oven requires minimal bench-top space, and features an easy-access chamber that can hold up to four 30 cm × 1 inches columns. Completely solid state and integrated, the unit has a temperature range of 4 to 70 C that can be read and set in 0.1 C increments. PID temperature control software regulates temperatures to ۪.2 C, even at ambient. The only moving parts in the Peltier-based unit are the chamber fan and the cooling fan. An RS232C I/O port allows for programming and control. The unit features a data collection timer with user-settable Auto-Off. The unit is supplied with a valve mounting hole, 3-wire AC cord line, and manual.
