Oligonucleotide Purification with Reduced Cost per Run
Booth 6351. PRP-h5 HPLC 5-μm columns provide purification of oligonucleotides. Reducing cost per run, the desired oligonucleotide elutes with less acetonitrile because the PRP-h5 packing material is less hydrophobic than traditional polymeric columns. The stronger hydrophilic backbone virtually eliminates non-specific binding of oligonucleotides to maximize recovery and minimize carryover contamination from the previous injection. The columns are available in 12- to 20-μm bulk material for sample preparative applications. In addition, they are pH stable from 1 to 13 and accommodate a range of organic solvents.
