X-Ray Fluorescence Handheld Analyzer
The Atlas Handheld X-Ray Fluorescence Analyzer provides quick onsite results, operating simplicity, and unlimited portability. It uses a single radioisotope x-ray source, ensuring that the measurement is virtually unaffected by interference from background radiation. In addition, a sample-sensing x-ray safety interlock helps guarantee reliable performance, even under difficult environmental conditions. The unit’s one-click operation provides quantitative onsite readout of the specified elements in as little as 10 seconds. Operation requires that the user first place the detecting probe adjacent to the sample and pull the trigger. Once the analysis is completed, the operator can view the results in real time or download them to a PC either via infrared wireless or interchangeable memory stick technology.
