Mass Flow Controllers Feature Optional Displays
Booth 2187. Model 80 Series Mass Flow Controllers for precise gas measurement are available in stainless steel construction. The controllers provide stable control of gas flow ranges from 0 to 50 sccm. Units are also available with aluminum construction for added value. Displays are optional on all configurations. With better than ۫.5% linearity and 0.5% repeatability, the units provide consistent flow control and can be calibrated for several standard gases. All units with displays include NIST traceable calibration certificates.
