Standards Suited for Highly Reactive VOCs in Water

The Model LSG-2-GF liquid standards generator dynamically blends a flowing stream of calibration standard mixture. Permeation technology is used to add a tiny flow of analyte to a precisely known flow of clean water to form a primary mixture. An aliquot of the primary mixture is then further diluted to form the liquid standard. Concentration of the standard is adjusted by varying the aliquot added to the final dilution water, and precision metering pumps control dilution water flows. Concentrations ranging from sub ppb (w/w) to several ppm are possible. The output flow range of the system ranges from 10 cc/min to 200 cc/min. Because the mixture is produced continuously, the system is suited for use with online analyzers monitoring VOCs in cooling water.
