Computer Controlled Instrument Blends Test Atmospheres

The AutoBlend system creates multicomponent, flowing, test gas mixtures for testing sensor systems and other test functions requiring complex gas mixtures. Mixtures can be supplied dry or humidified, or in the presence headspace from common atmospheric contaminants such a cleaning solutions, paint fumes, etc. Permeation tubes are used to add trace impurities. The system is computer controlled and allows automatic adjustment of component ratios and continuous operation using custom Dynamic Mixture Control Software. A full line TraceSource permeation tubes and gas standards generating instruments are available.
