Integrated Triple Detector GPC/SEC System

Integrated GPC/SEC advanced detector systems are used for the characterization of natural and synthetic polymers, copolymers, proteins, pegylated proteins, protein conjugates, aggregates and excipients. It features an integrated triple detector array comprising a low angle light scattering detector, four-capillary viscometer detector, a GPCmax pump, autosampler and degasser module for GPC/SEC applications, and OmniSEC software for multiple detection analysis and complete system control. In a single GPC/SEC experiment, the system can provide absolute molecular weight without the column calibration, extrapolations or corrections required by other techniques.
