Blue and Violet Laser Diodes Offer More Choices
High power blue and violet laser diodes are available for use with the PM laser module, 405 nm at 60 mW, providing additional selection variety. They are useful in most applications that historically use argon-ion, helium-cadmium, and blue Nd: YAG lasers, such as fluorescence, confocal microscopy, flow cytometry and Raman spectroscopy. The industrial-grade PM laser module is suited for use in standard or rugged OEM environments and contains a precision current source for applications demanding durability and high output power. Additional features include diffraction-limited optical performance and a small size. The module also operates on a low voltage of 8 vdc.
