Controller Employs Control Loop Functionality

The EZ-ZONE PM controller extends the integrated control loop functions first introduced in the EZ-ZONE ST controller to the 1/32nd and 1/16th DIN panel mount package sizes. It offers solutions to reduce system complexity and to lower the cost of control loop ownership. Reductions in thermal loop installation costs are realized when limit-control and power-switching functions are integrated into a single panel mount package. The controller decreases design and assembly time, requires less panel space and minimizes system complexity. Features include RoHS compliance by design, TRU-TUNE+ adaptive control and a programmable menu system. Uses include temperature/process controlling applications, such as plastics processing, packaging, environmental chambers, semiconductor processing, analytical instrumentation and general equipment use.
