Automated Immunogold Labeling System

The automated EM IGL immunogold labeling system addresses the needs of researchers looking to localize a range of cellular molecules. It eliminates the need for tedious manual labeling of grids and improves reproducibility of results. Reagents are automatically applied to ultra-thin sections held on grids in a humidity-controlled environment. Using one of 99 possible preset programs, 24 grids and 24 antibodies can be processed. The system saves time, improves accuracy and requires only 30 minutes for set up, freeing the user’s time for other laboratory responsibilities.
