Solid Phase Extraction Products
Grace Pure solid phase extraction products are suited for cleaning or concentrating analytes of interest prior to HPLC or GC analysis. Reversed phase, normal phase, Florisil, DVB, mixed-mode, graphitized carbon, size exclusion, drying media and a line of ion exchangers provide selectivity options for any application. Depending on sample processing needs, Pure SPE phases are available in several disposable devices, including columns, cartridges and 96-well plates. Open column tubes come in seven sizes and range in volume from 1 to 75 mL. Fully-enclosed cartridges have luer-hub connections and come in three bed weights. The 96-well plates are compatible with most 96-well processing equipment.
