Modular Dip-Tube System
DrumQuik Modular serves as a standard interface between any ChemQuik coupling or fitting and rigid containers such as bottles, drums, and IBCs. It enables the safe and reliable connection of liquid lines for the spill- and fume-free extraction of aggressive chemicals. Available with short lead times, the DrumQuik can be implemented on any rigid container with a standard opening or 2 Buttress Bung thread. When coupled with a coupling insert and body, the dip-tube interface functions as an efficient fluid connection system. Shut-off valves on couplings enable complete containment of aggressive chemicals and protect from harmful chemical contact. Operators benefit from high-flow capacities and the ability to connect and disconnect at a constant force, even when the system is under pressure. The DrumQuik is available in a variety of dip-tube lengths and seal packages. A Female NPT liquid port and a Female NPT vent port allows for easy connection to couplings or fittings.
