Furnace Achieves Temperatures to 1100 C
Suited for general laboratory work, the bench-mounted ELF 11/23 furnace achieves temperatures up to 1100 C and features a 23-L chamber and hard-wearing ceramic hearth. The chamber is heated by semi-embedded wire elements on the two side-walls and insulated by high-performance low thermal mass material, which enables fast, energy-efficient heating. A temperature of 1000 C can be reached in only 35 minutes. Additionally, a digital controller with integral timer function is fitted as standard. Several other models of chamber, tube and specialized ashing furnaces are also available.
