On-Line Injector
The Pollen-8 On-Line Injector eliminates the need to manage samples and purchase vials. A ten-port injector with two injection loops, it fills one loop with dialysate while the contents of the other are loaded on the LC system. When the next interval begins, these loops reverse their roles so that dialysate is always flowing into one loop or the other. The system makes it possible to inject samples into two separate chromatographs or to use one chromatograph for two sample probes. It is suitable for analytical or microbore operations and can be used with the proprietary HoneyComb Fraction Collector to divide dialysates between the injection loop and collector vials, offering the security of back-up samples in vials. Injection frequency is determined by the time required to complete the chromatogram for the sample.
