Quiet Electric Compression Press
Booth 5568. The E-Series all electric compression press provides continuous performance in a lab or on the production floor. Clean and quiet to operate, it offers higher precision and reliability over hydraulic presses. Used for clean room and laboratory applications, the press is suited for compression molding rubber/elastomers, gum silicones and other testing procedures. Clamp force ranges from 1000 lbs to 30 tons, and standard temperature range is to 650 F. Platen sizes range from 12× 12 to 24× 24. Features include a user-friendly operator interface; fully insulated, heated platens with cartridge heaters; and PLC-controlled temperature and programmable heating/cooling capability.
