Purge and Trap System
The Velocity XPT is an Accelerated Purge and Trap System that decreases sample cycle time to as low as 15 minutes. The system offers technology like the Forward Focusing Chamber, which compresses sample bandwidth to improve chromatography, particularly for low-boiling compounds. The Electronic Flow Module allows the user to program flow rates for higher flow output to accelerate bake clean up. Automatic leak checking and other diagnostic features help to prevent inaccuracies in data. The Guardian Foam System identifies a foaming sample and can add a defoaming agent automatically, preventing damage to the system.
