Traceable Laboratory Services and Calibration Program

A range of laboratory services, including test sieve certification and recertification, and a corporate calibration program are available. All laboratory services are directly traceable to NIST. The certification and recertification processes ensure all test sieves comply with current ASTM E-11 specifications. Test sieves are serialized and supplied with detailed documents, such as specific statistical information on opening sizes and wire diameters. The processes are performed with a video-imaging machine that is accurate to ۪.5 microns. The corporate calibration program allows users to outsource their test sieve calibration requirements to proprietary in-house labs. A user-owned master set of test sieves is created and maintained in the laboratory. All future test sieve requirements will be performance matched/calibrated to the master series to a performance tolerance of ۬.5%.
