Solution Preparation System for QC Laboratories

SoluPrep solution preparation system is for Quality Control Laboratories that use internal standards for quantitative analysis in HPLC, GC, AA and Mass Spectrometry. Sample solutions are prepared gravimetrically using an analytical balance, computer, pump module and label printer. Accuracy is determined by the analytical balance and is typically 0.02% for solution volumes of 50 mL or more. The pump module can accurately deliver virtually any solvent using self-priming, magnetically driven gear pumps that have no rotating seals. The lifetime of the pumps is typically 5 to 10 yrs. The pump module can be fitted with one to eight pumps to handle the various solvents typically used for QC analysis. After every solution preparation, a label is printed and the information is stored on the computer.
