Surface Area Analyzers Negates Free-Space Errors

The Gemini V Series of surface area analyzers retains the twin-tube design of the previous series of Gemini products, ensuring fast and accurate dosing of the adsorptive gas without pressure overshoot and negating free-space errors introduced by thermal gradient variations or by initial mismeasurement of free space. This analytical capability, combined with embedded software, Windows-controlled data archiving and reporting software, or proprietary confirm 21 CFR Part 11 software, offers fast results with a range of data presentation options. Two models of Gemini are available. The 2365 determines single-point and multipoint BET and Langmuir surface areas, total pore volume, and micropore analysis by the t-method. The 2380 has all the abilities of the Gemini 2365, but can additionally provide BJH pore volume distributions.
